ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Debit, Credit cards and Venmo are acceptable forms of payment. Cash is always accepted and appreciated.

ACCESSING BUILDING

There is a keypad located at the entrance of the building, if you are accessing the building outside of normal business hours please utilize the keypad by pushing 107 followed by the green button to open the doors. 

YOUR PUNCTUALITY IS APPRECIATED

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as bookings are usually back to back. Clients that are over 10 minutes tardy without notification may need to be rescheduled. Please note my cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I require 24hr notice. Should you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hr notice, a 40% cancellation fee applies and will be charged to your card on file. By booking you acknowledge you have read the policy and authorize to charge the card provided on file or an invoice will be sent to complete before rescheduling.

INTRODUCING: SILENT APPOINTMENTS

Silent Appointments offer clients the unique option to book an appointment where no talking is required or expected. Clients may choose this option for various reasons, such as needing time for solitude, needing to get work done or needing to attend a virtual meeting, feeling stressed and wanting a peaceful experience, or dealing with personal matters. During a silent appointment, the focus is entirely on the client's comfort and relaxation. They are not questioned or pressured to explain why they prefer silence, allowing them to fully unwind and enjoy their salon experience in a tranquil environment. You can add this preference when booking, sending a text message or simply let me know when you arrive.
